They apply to both consumers and business users. Mandatory consumer protections under applicable law remain fully applicable where they provide stronger rights.

Easy Trans Africa provides a digital service for preparing and following logistics requests between France and Africa.
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including details about yourself, the recipient, the goods, the documents, the addresses, the dimensions, the weight, and the declared value.
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and all activity under your account. Easy Trans Africa may suspend access in cases of fraud, misuse, illegality, or security risk.
Information shown on the website or in the application is informational unless expressly stated otherwise. A quote, estimate, request reference, or schedule is not final acceptance of the request.
Pricing, service scope, and any special conditions are confirmed when the request is validated or, where applicable, when payment is completed.
Before transfer, Easy Trans Africa may verify the parcel dimensions, weight, apparent condition, and consistency of the declared information when the parcel is received at the France relay or warehouse.
If the dimensions, weight, declared contents, or other relevant information differ from what was submitted, a price adjustment may be applied. Additional charges may also apply for storage, customer-caused delay, or exceptional handling.
Easy Trans Africa may refuse receipt, handling, or shipment of any non-compliant, undocumented, or prohibited parcel.
Where online payment is available, it may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. Easy Trans Africa does not store the full payment card number in its operational database.
The customer remains liable for all validated or due amounts for the service, including legitimate price adjustments and additional charges applied in accordance with these terms and the information provided before performance.
Departure, arrival, and delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. They may be affected by customs controls, transport constraints, administrative formalities, holidays, external events, or other factors reasonably outside our control.
Tracking statuses and notifications are intended to improve visibility on the service. They are not an absolute guarantee of real-time or exhaustive updates.
You agree not to ship, purchase, or arrange transport of illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, restricted, or otherwise prohibited goods in breach of applicable rules, carrier conditions, or origin, transit, or destination laws.
You remain responsible for customs declarations, the legality of goods, required authorizations, taxes, duties, import/export restrictions, and general compliance applicable to your shipment or order.
Where your purchases are eligible, Easy Trans Africa may provide shipping or export-related documents that may support a VAT recovery request.
Easy Trans Africa is not your tax adviser and does not grant VAT refunds. Eligibility, submission, and successful recovery remain your responsibility and that of the relevant authorities or sellers.
Where a consumer enters into a distance service contract, a statutory withdrawal right may apply unless a legal exception applies or the right is lost after performance begins on the customer’s express request and acknowledgment, where permitted by law.
If a cancellation occurs after performance has started, Easy Trans Africa may charge for the portion already performed and the costs already incurred, to the extent permitted by law. Complaints should first be sent to contact@easytransafrica.com with the relevant request details.
To the extent permitted by law, Easy Trans Africa is only liable for direct, foreseeable, and proven losses resulting from its own breach. It is not liable for incorrect user-provided information, customs or administrative decisions, force majeure, temporary unavailability, or delay caused by third parties.
Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law.
In the event of a dispute, a consumer may seek an amicable resolution after first sending a written complaint to Easy Trans Africa.
